Not scrolling in Chrome #8

Im trying this in chrome and it works great, i only cant scroll using the mousewheel? the scrollbar works fine by clicking or click and drag.

It does work on firefox

I use the built-in scrolling feature of the browser, on my chrome it works. May you provide a codepen?
